Gefco sets up a distribution centre at the Port of BarcelonaLogistics company Gefco, a subsidiary of the PSA Citroën group, has set up a new centre for sea and air distribution at the new Logistic Activities Zone (ZAL) at the Port of Barcelona, which is known as Zal Prat.
The new logistics complex offers a surface area of 4,363 square metres for warehouses and 531 square metres for offices and it will specialise in the management of weekly cargo heading to Argentina, Brazil, Tunisia, Morocco, the Canary Islands, China, India and the Balearic Islands. Meanwhile, imports from Asia for other European countries are to be distributed from this base.
