Recent Investments

Chemical group La Seda is to invest 100 million euros to build a new corporate headquarters in El Prat de Llobregat. The new headquarters building, which is expected to have 12 stories, is to accommodate all management and clerical personnel. La Seda is Europe's number one PET plastic producer. Last year, the group posted revenue of 685.7 million euros, with net profit of 7.5 million euros. The new facilities will be fully operational in 2010.
