Stora Enso and Alucha to invest six million euros in a recycling facility

Helsinki-based Stora Enso and Catalan start-up Alucha are to create a new recycling plant for cardboard using a brand new technology in Europe. The plant, to be set up at Stora Enso facilities in Castellbisbal, represents an investment of six million euros and will add 10 new workers.

The plant is to start operations in the second half of 2008 and will offer savings in transportation and earnings of 1.5 million euros a year.
