Reig Jofré builds a plant in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona)Lab company Reig Jofré has invested 6 million in a new lyophilization plant for vaccines and other injectables in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona). These new facilities will triple the company's capacity in this business, which until now accounted for 7% of its revenue. In 2006, the company posted sales for about 70 million euros. Reig Jofré has also signed a 2.5 million euros loan to start clinical phases of four new medicines. The company's plan is to enter the U.S. market with some of its most prominent products.
