Spanish speaker agency Thinking Heads has opened an office in Barcelona to cater to the needs of companies needing high-profile speakers for their seminars and conferences. The Catalan capital attracts about 30% of all Spanish requests for speakers throughout the country. According to Iván Abamades, Barcelona's bureau chief, the speaker business is a growing activity in Catalonia, and the region has always been considered "a forum for experts throughout Spain".

Thinking Heads has been operating for over four years and represents more than 70 national and international speakers and lecturers, with fees ranging from 4,000 to 20,000 euros.
