Recent Investments

British software consulting firm Collabora is to create a multimedia division and open an office in the Catalan capital to expand its services for its worldwide customers.

The company specializes in the development of open software applications and works mainly with the GStreamer platform, a library that allows the construction of graphs of media-handling components, ranging from simple Ogg/Vorbis playback to complex audio (mixing) and video (non-linear editing) processing.
