Recent Investments

Architecture firm Alonso Balaguer plans to open later this year the new Esplugues Future (EFF) Factory, a center for creative activities to be located in the premises that once belonged to La Baronda plant, in Esplugues de Llobregat. The project has been developed by Alonso Balaguer and it includes partner firm Arquitectos Asociados and Spanish group TAU-Icesa.

EFF received an investment of 17 million euros aimed to rebuild the former factory with the goal of providing over 10,000 square metres of surface. It is one the most ambitious urban projects in Esplugues this year. Luis Alonso, co-owner of Alonso Balaguer firm, said that he expects the facilities to become a reference point for artistic production, offering space for graphic design firms, industrial projects and interior design activities.
