In a changing, complex and globalized environment, public actions must be coordinated among the different agents in order to achieve the highest effectiveness. 

In order to organize public actions, it is essential to adapt the company to the strategic guidelines of the Government of Catalonia, the Ministry of Innovation, Universities and Enterprise and the different programs and agreements such as the Government Plan, the Strategic Agreement for Competitiveness, the improvement of employment and internationalization of the Catalan economy, the Research and Innovation Plan, and other national, supranational and local plans.

Planning and evaluating all actions is important in order to reach the objectives and to get results. In this line, it is also important to promote the introduction of knowledge management and informatics projects that allow having the necessary information for the taking of decisions. 

Mission

To support in the definition of the strategic guidelines of the CIDEM, to look for continuous improvement and efficiency of the actions carried out, to develop the information systems and knowledge management that allow evaluating the success of the actions carried out and to provide with information for the definition of public policies.
