Objective To increase the cooperation between European regions for the management of local development programmes financed by European Structural Funds.
At a more operative level, the project has the following objectives:
- To share experiences and good practices about regional development programmes as an example for the application of Structural Funds in the new member states of the UE.
- To share experts in structural funds management for the improvement of knowledge and skills.
- To share the results of programmes' results to spread EU information among regional institutions of the new member states of the EU.
Results - Working groups about experiences analysis.
- Reports and recommendations about Structural Funds management experiences.
- Exchange of experts between participating entities.
- Work visits between the participating entities.
- Training seminars on Structural Funds Management.
- Meetings for the spreading of results, projects' meetings and meeting with European institutions.
- Web and promotional brochures of projects.

Role of the CIDEM in the project The CIDEM leads the work component 2: Networking experiences: analysis, discussion and share of best practises. We would like to emphasize INNOV@CAT-SI (experimentation programe about the use of ICT in SMEs).
