CIDEM Investment Forum, that takes place in the fairground of the Innovation Forum, has grown up with the collaboration of the Stock Market in Barcelona. CIDEM Investment Forum has become one of the most important meeting points in Europe for entrepreneurs and investors (private and public), directors and financial organizations; and a large-scale dissemination medium of the most innovative projects which have been previously selected. 

The Forum allows, at the same time, to share experiences and knowledge, and to promote the contact between the audience. It also expects to provide information about financing and capital risk instruments and to reduce the gap between young entrepreneurs and companies that need financial contribution. 

What do you get from your participation?

• To present your project in the Investment Forum in the presence of European audience.

The selection criteria of the 12 projects will be: the innovation degree of the product or service, the business model, the attraction of the objective market, the maturity degree of the project, etc.

XI Investment Forum 2005. 

The XI Investment Forum, within the II Innovation Forum fairground, took place on the 26th of October 2005 in the Conference Centre of Catalonia (Barcelona). The event was sponsored by the Stock Market of Barcelona and collaboration of the Institut Català de Finances (Catalan Institute of Finance) and Garrigues Advocats, who awarded TR Composites with free assistance in commercial law issues during 2 years.

• The selected companies showed their project in public, with a video broadcasted on the same day The Forum was taken place on.
• More than 400 copies of the projects book were distributed. The projects book includes more than 70 executive summaries of the most innovating companies,.
• 392 people attended the Forum.
• Taking into account the audience's opinion, 85% described the event to be either positive or very positive.

X Investment Forum 2004 

The X edition of the Investment Forum took place on the 2nd of December 2004 in the fairground of the Cultures Forum. 12 projects have been presented to the public; they have been selected among 76 projects. 293 private investors, solicitors of capital risk funds, entrepreneurs and consultants have participated in the Forum.

The Private Investors Meeting, attended by 301, was the chosen place to present the different Private Investors Networks included in the XIP Program coordinated by CIDEM. The conference about the taxation of the Private Investors has closed the acts of the day. Afterwards, there were a series of round-table meetings, conferences and debates about related subjects: goods practices for business management; Allied of business innovation; Market and research; Innovative cities; European R&D& and programs as a support tool for innovation; The need to run the risks to undertake; Promotion and innovation: The value of network work; The key, the people: A pedagogy for innovation. 

IX Investment Forum 2003 

The Forum 2003, held in October, had the aim to give information about the financing and capital risk instruments. It was also a great opportunity to reduce the gap between investors and young entrepreneurs and companies that need financial contribution. 

The result of the IX Forum CIDEM in figures was: 

• 16 projects presented to the public, 11 operations closed.
• 700 people attended the event. Contact with 78 new private investors.
• Edition of a publication including information about 80 projects, which have been handed out to the audience.
