The CIDEM has developed a financing line to meet the needs of technology-based entrepreneurship. The objective is to promote the creation of university projects of high quality, increasing the entrepreneurs' financial capacity. 

The Concept Capital is a participative loan for technology-based companies that are up to 2 years old, which offers resources directly aimed to foster the growth of the new company.

Candidate projects must be already constituted as an enterprise and must be guaranteed by a Technological Springboard.
