The CDTI (Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology) finances interest-free loans for the creation of technology-based companies. These credits rely usually on the support of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and they are sometimes completed with bank financing through the application of the Financing Line for Technological Innovation, designed together with the Official Credit Institute (ICO in Spanish).

These credits correspond to the Phase B of the Neotec Initiative, and their main characteristics are:

• Recipients: Newly created Companies with financing needs 
• Type: Seed Credits
• Quantity: Maximum € 350.000 at the most and a maximum of 70%
• Interest rate: 0%
• Guarantee: without additional guarantees
• Refund: Annual installments up to 20% of the company's cash-flow
