Invertec is a company that makes temporary capital investments in technology based companies at the seed phase.

Invertec's shareholders equity -5.85 million euros- was provided by the CIDEM, the DIUE (Ministry of Innovation, Universities and Enterprise), the UAB (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona), the UB (Universitat de Barcelona), the UdG (Universitat de Girona), the UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya), La Salle, the IESE Business School, and the URV (Universitat Rovira i Virgili).

  Invertec may contribute up to €100,000 as a participative loan with preferential conditions of the interest rate and return periods by means of the technology transfer springboards' support (organizations aimed to promote the creation of technology-based or knowledge-based companies).

• Seed Capital
  
  Invertec may contribute up to €300,000 in exchange for a minor participation in the company's share capital.
  
  The main objective of this investment is to accelerate the growth of the invested companies during their initial stages. In order to achieve this goal there is a professional team with an outstanding experience in managing risk capital and technology companies that have the support of the CIDEM, the DIUE and universities. We offer a wide variety of contacts from different fields such as technology, university and business at the company's disposal.
